Relevance - in terms of GCC's vision - means to be 'led by the Holy Spirit, both corporately and individually. Being naturally supernatural. Using contemporary means to relate to those inside and outside of the church. Ensuring that all we do and say has meaning.' It's pretty pointless trying to relate to our non-Christian friends and family if to them, our faith appears irrelevant, or worse, completely at odds with how we actually live our lives. In this talk, Steve Gibbons uses personal examples to explain why being relevant is crucial in our mission 'to be a healthy, growing church where people can meet Jesus, know him and make him known.'
