We want to be a church where the Holy Spirit has freedom to operate. But what exactly do we mean by this aim and how might we go about achieving it? There's a wealth of information out there - for example, much has been written about the gifts of the Spirit, lots of it good but also some decidedly questionable - but unless they're used as God intends, these wonderful gifts tend to be self-centred and certainly not for the benefit of the church.
